Tanqueray 10 gin ½ oz. dry curacao 3 oz. cranberry shrub 1 ½ oz. sparkling wine ProcedureCombine gin, curacao and shrub in a cocktail shaker over ice. Shake gently and roll in sparkling wine. Pour over ice in a Collins glass and garnish with orange twist knotted around rosemary. Garnish: Mist cocktail with orange oil using channel knife. Tie twist around fresh rosemary sprig and place garnish.
