Grapefruit Faux-jito

The Mojito is a traditional Cuban highball made with rum, cane sugar and mint. Now you can enjoy this refreshing drink without the alcohol. Just mix mint with pink grapefruit soda for a faux cocktail that’s good anytime of the year.

Stir soda and syrup in beverage jar until combined. Clap mint sprigs in between your hands to release their essential oils and add to beverage jar. Add ice, stir again and serve.

Optional: Add slices of pink grapefruit to mixture for some more color.
