Vitamix Ascent® X5 Blender in Black

The touch-interface blender is designed for everyday blending when you want consistent results with less guesswork. Use it for drinks, snacks and meals, including smoothies and nut butters.

Select one of the 10 programs on the touch-interface blender to help you get repeatable results on common blends. Programs are meant to simplify routine tasks while still letting you adjust based on ingredients and preferred texture.

Use Variable Speed Control when you want hands-on control over texture, like going from chunky to silky in small steps. Use Pulse on the touch-interface blender for short bursts when you want more control over stopping points and texture.

The digital timer helps you track how long you have been blending when you are not using a program. On the touch-interface blender, it makes it easier to repeat a texture you like and avoid overprocessing.

Vitamix describes the Ascent X Series as its premium blender line with a reimagined design. The touch-interface blender combines an intuitive control layout with a sophisticated, timeless look made to feel at home on the counter.
