Viking Nonstick Aluminized Steel Baking Sheet , 15.5"

The nonstick aluminized steel baking sheet is great for cookies, delicate pastries and everyday roasting. It also shines for sheet pan dinners when you want easy release and fast cleanup.

Commercial-grade aluminized steel is designed to heat quickly and distribute heat evenly, which helps reduce hot spots. That can mean more consistent browning whether you are baking pastries or roasting vegetables.

The baking sheet uses a dual-layer, silicone-based nonstick coating for reliable release. It is made without PTFE and PFOA, and it is designed to make cleanup feel more effortless after baking or roasting.

Yes, the nonstick aluminized steel baking sheet is coated on both the interior and exterior surfaces. That all-over coverage helps with release and can make it easier to wipe down after cooking.

The reinforced steel frame wraps from rim to rim and forms an ergonomic grip, which makes lifting and carrying more comfortable. As with any hot bakeware, use oven mitts for a secure hold.
