Sur La Table Signature Half Sheet Pan

An aluminized steel half sheet pan is a go-to for everyday baking and roasting. It works well for cookies, roasted vegetables and a wide range of baked dishes when you want even heat and reliable browning.

Aluminized steel is designed to transfer heat efficiently across the pan, which helps prevent hotspots. That can make a noticeable difference with foods like cookies and roasted potatoes where consistent browning matters.

Rolled rims give you a more secure edge to hold onto, especially when you’re using oven mitts. They also add structure around the pan’s perimeter for everyday handling.

The pan is designed to resist warping, but good habits help, too. Avoid sudden temperature changes, like running a hot pan under cold water, and let it cool before washing or stacking.

Lining is optional and depends on what you’re making. Many cooks use parchment paper or a baking mat for easier cleanup with sticky foods, while leaving the surface unlined can help promote browning on roasted items.
