How do you wash it, if it stained with dark color food ?

Never allow food stains to set. As soon as you begin your dishes, place your napkins into a cold water soak with a mild detergent in a container of water. They may need to soak overnight. Wash on delicate setting in cold water. Partially dry on delicate setting in your dryer. Remove from dryer and hang to fully dry. Note: it is better to soak and treat until the stains are gone. Also, linen shrinks with heat, so mind that you do not fully dry in the dryer.
