Scanpan Professional Set of 2 Skillet, 9.5" & 11"

A Stratanium nonstick skillet set is ideal for everyday cooking where easy release matters, like eggs, sautéed vegetables and quick weeknight sears. The two-pan lineup helps you match the pan to the portion size without overcrowding.

Reach for the 9.5" skillet when you are cooking for one, reheating or making smaller sides. Choose the 11" skillet when you want more surface area for searing or tossing a larger batch of vegetables.

The Stratanium nonstick surface is designed to support easy release whether you cook with or without oil. A small amount of oil can add flavor and help with browning, but it is optional depending on what you are making.

Yes, the hand-cast recycled aluminum skillets are made to move from stovetop to oven so you can finish a dish under heat. Since no maximum temperature is provided, follow the recipe’s guidance and use oven mitts when handling the pans.

This set works well for home cooks who want a simple two-pan setup for daily meals, from breakfast to fast sautés. It is also a practical choice if you like having one smaller pan and one larger pan ready to go.
