Ruffoni Opus Prima Hammered Stainless Steel Wok, 12"

The hammered stainless steel wok is a great choice for stir-fries, noodles and fried rice, especially when you want to keep ingredients moving over varying heat. The rounded shape helps you push food up the sides to slow cooking, then bring it back down to the hottest area as needed.

Yes. This hammered stainless steel wok is suitable for induction cooking, along with other common stovetops.

A rounded wok concentrates heat at the bottom while the sides sit at slightly lower heat. That layout lets you sear and stir in the hottest spot, then move ingredients up the bowl to pause cooking or hold finished components while you keep going.

Clad stainless steel construction is designed to promote more even heat across the cooking surface compared with a single layer of stainless steel. It is a smart match for wok techniques where consistent heat helps you keep timing and texture under control.

Absolutely. The hammered stainless steel wok works well as a salta-pasta pan, giving you plenty of room to toss pasta and help sauce coat evenly without crowding.

Let the stainless steel wok cool before washing, then clean with your go-to nonabrasive sponge and cleaner. Since the cooking surface is designed to be easy to maintain, a little routine care helps keep it ready for weeknight stir-fries and weekend projects.
