Ooni Volt 2 Electric Pizza Oven

The electric pizza oven with Pizza Intelligence control system automatically adjusts heat balance and intensity as you cook. That built-in help is designed to make it easier to land on crisp crusts and bubbly, well-melted cheese without constantly recalibrating your approach.

The electric pizza oven with Pizza Intelligence control system is designed for multiple pizza styles, including Neapolitan, Thin & Crispy and Pan Pizza using the included preset modes. It is also positioned to handle everything from quick, weeknight pies to thicker, Detroit-style pizzas.

This oven is designed for authentic 12-inch pizzas. That size works well for personal pies, sharing a couple of pizzas with family or building a small pizza-night lineup.

The presets give you a straightforward starting point by selecting heat behavior for a specific style: Neapolitan, Thin & Crispy or Pan Pizza. Choose the mode that matches your dough style and thickness, then fine-tune from there as you learn what you like best.

Yes. In addition to the three presets, the oven lets you save your own custom settings. That is helpful when you have a favorite dough and topping combo and want a repeatable result for future pizza nights.
