The cast aluminum sheet pan with oven-safe nonstick grid is built for versatile oven work, from baking to roasting. Use the pan and grid together when you want added airflow for crisping, or separate them so you have a sheet pan and a cooling grid.
Yes. The grid is designed to nest with the pan when you want to crisp in the oven, but you can also separate them to use the pan on its own or set baked goods on the grid to cool.
By lifting food above the sheet pan, the oven-safe nonstick grid helps promote airflow around what you are cooking. That setup is a great choice when you want a crisper finish than baking directly on the pan alone.
Reach for it when you are baking cookies in a big batch or roasting foods for a crowd. It is also handy when you want to bake on the pan, then move items to the grid for cooling without taking up extra space.
For the best results, follow the care and use instructions provided with the cast aluminum sheet pan and nonstick grid. If you use the pieces separately, let them cool before cleaning so they are comfortable to handle.
