Miyabi Evolution Paring & Chef’s Knife Set

An FC61 steel knife set is a smart choice for everyday kitchen prep when you want clean, controlled cuts across a range of ingredients. The combination of a chef’s knife and paring knife covers most tasks from chopping vegetables to trimming and peeling.

The FC61 steel knife set includes two cutlery essentials, a paring knife and a chef’s knife. Both feature ice-hardened blades with a mirror-polished finish for durability and corrosion resistance.

On this knife set, the ice-hardened blade treatment is designed to support durability, helping the knives hold up to frequent use. The blades are also polished to a mirror finish for added corrosion resistance.

The Miyabi Evolution knife set is designed to support both Western chopping and Asian rocking cuts. That means you can switch between straight-down chops and a smooth rocking motion depending on what you are prepping.

This set is crafted in Seki, Japan, a city known for samurai sword making. Miyabi combines Japanese craftsmanship with German engineering expertise, and the brand notes that it takes more than 100 steps and 42 days to create one knife.
