KitchenAid® Fresh Prep Slicer & Shredder Attachment

A stand mixer slicer and shredder attachment is ideal for fast prep when you’re making salads, sides and everyday meals. It helps you slice vegetables and shred ingredients like cheese using your mixer’s power instead of manual grating.

The stand mixer slicer and shredder attachment is designed to be compatible with any KitchenAid stand mixer. It connects to the stand mixer’s power hub for powered slicing and shredding.

The stand mixer slicer and shredder attachment includes three blades: a 3-mm slicing blade, a 4-mm medium shredding blade and a 6-mm coarse shredding blade. Swapping blades lets you choose the texture that fits the recipe.

The 3-mm slicing blade is a good match for vegetables like cucumbers, carrots, celery and zucchini. It’s useful any time you want consistent slices for salads, toppings or quick sauté prep.

Use the 4-mm medium shredding blade when you want a finer shred, especially for cheeses or firm vegetables like carrots. Reach for the 6-mm coarse shredding blade for larger shreds, like cabbage for slaw or potatoes for hearty recipes.
