Cristel Castel’Pro ULTRALU Nonstick Skillets, 12"

An anodized aluminum nonstick skillet is a great fit for everyday cooking where quick release matters, like eggs, fish and other delicate foods. It’s also useful for weeknight meals because the nonstick surface helps simplify cleanup when you’re done.

The Castel’Pro ULTRALU skillet uses a layered build with anodized aluminum above aluminum to promote quick, even heating. A stainless steel layer on the base adds induction compatibility while supporting steady heat across the pan.

Yes. The base includes an additional stainless steel layer designed to make these nonstick skillets compatible with induction stovetops.

Rounded corners make it easier to stir, fold and scrape with a spatula so ingredients don’t get stuck in sharp edges. The rounded rim is designed to help you pour more cleanly, which is handy for sauces, eggs or anything you want to slide out neatly.

The handles are large, easy to grip and shaped for an ergonomic hold, so the skillet feels more secure as you move it on and off the burner. They are also designed to stay cool on the stovetop for more comfortable cooking.

To help keep the nonstick performing its best, use utensils that are gentle on coatings and avoid scraping or cutting directly in the pan. Let the skillet cool before washing so cleanup stays easy and the surface remains smooth.
