Cristel Castel’Pro 5-Ply Skillets, 9.5"

A stainless steel multi-ply skillet combines stainless steel with aluminum layers to take advantage of aluminum’s quick, even heat responsiveness. That responsiveness helps you adjust temperature faster as you sear, sauté or reduce a sauce.

Castel’Pro 5-ply skillets use five layers on the bottom and three layers on the sides. This design is intended to maximize fast, even heat on the cooking surface while keeping the pan efficient and responsive as you cook.

A stainless steel multi-ply skillet is a great choice for high-heat searing, sautéing vegetables and browning proteins before finishing with a pan sauce. It’s also a strong everyday option when you want consistent results across the cooking surface.

Yes. The stainless steel construction is induction compatible, so you can use the skillet on induction as well as other stovetops.

Rounded corners make it easier to stir and scrape the cooking surface when mixing ingredients or cleaning. The rounded rim is designed to help liquids pour more smoothly for fewer drips and less mess.

The handles are designed to stay cool on stovetops and they’re shaped for a comfortable grip. As with any cookware, handle temperature can vary depending on cook time and proximity to heat, so use care when cooking at high heat.
