Cristel Castel’Pro 5-Ply Nonstick Skillets, 8"

A 5-ply stainless steel nonstick skillet is ideal for everyday frying and sautéing when you want quick response, even heating and easy release. It’s especially handy for delicate foods that benefit from a nonstick surface and for fast weeknight cooking with simpler cleanup.

Castel’Pro 5-ply uses five layers on the bottom and three layers on the sides, combining stainless steel with aluminum. This layered build is designed to take advantage of aluminum’s quick heat responsiveness while keeping the durable, easy-to-clean benefits of stainless steel.

Yes. The stainless steel construction is designed to be induction compatible, so the 5-ply nonstick skillet works on induction as well as other common stovetops.

The 5-ply stainless steel nonstick skillet features a three-coat, PFOA-free nonstick surface for smooth release and easier cleanup. It’s applied to Cristel’s stainless steel cookware using a process that helps the coating stay securely in place.

Rounded corners make stirring and cleaning easier because food is less likely to collect in sharp angles. Rounded rims support more controlled pouring, and the stay-cool handle design helps you move and tilt the pan more comfortably during cooking.
