Cristel Castel'Pro Ultraply 3-Ply Stainless Steel Wok, 15"

A 3-ply stainless steel wok is ideal for high-heat stir-frying, searing and fast sautéing because it’s built to heat quickly and respond when you adjust the burner. The rounded shape also makes it easier to toss ingredients and finish sauces or reductions in the same pan.

In this 3-ply stainless steel wok, an aluminum core is layered between stainless steel, which helps deliver fast heat-up and more even heating across the pan. That responsive feel makes it easier to move from a hard sear to a controlled simmer without waiting for the pan to catch up.

Yes. The stainless steel wok is compatible with all cooktops, including induction, and it is oven safe up to 550°F. That flexibility is handy when you want to start on the stove and finish in the oven.

Ultraply Light technology is designed to keep the wok lightweight and highly responsive, so it’s easier to maneuver during stir-frying. It’s also described as supporting low-heat, fat-free cooking methods that help preserve nutrients, color and texture in ingredients.

The stainless steel wok is dishwasher safe for easy cleanup. For best results after high-heat cooking, let the pan cool before washing and clean promptly after saucy or starchy dishes.

This wok is crafted in France in collaboration with Michelin-starred chefs. It is backed by Cristel’s limited lifetime guarantee.
