Cristel 1826 Stainless Steel & Nonstick Mixed Skillet Set, 10"

A stainless steel and nonstick skillet set lets you match the surface to the food. Reach for the stainless steel skillet when you want a strong sear on proteins, and use the nonstick skillet for eggs, tender fish and other delicate items that benefit from easy release.

You get two 10" skillets. One is finished with Exceliss nonstick, and the other is uncoated stainless steel for browning and searing.

The three-layer heat-diffusing base is designed to spread heat quickly and evenly across the pan. That helps you get more consistent browning and steadier heat when you are sauteing or searing.

Yes, the stainless steel and nonstick skillet set is oven safe up to 500°F. It is convenient for dishes that start on the stovetop, then finish in the oven, like thick chops or frittatas.

1826 references the year the world’s first stamped saucepan was made at Cristel’s factory in Fesches-le-Châtel. The 1826 collection is meant to honor that heritage with a brushed stainless design built for everyday cooking.
